Two Republican incumbents are battling it out in a primary race in Arizona's 6th Congressional District, a situation the GOP desperately wanted to avoid in redistricting. One of the candidates is Ben Quayle, son of former Vice President Dan Quayle. Ben Quayle won a tough congressional battle two years ago.

After Arizona won a ninth congressional seat following the 2010 census, the state's redistricting commission carved up metro Phoenix's four districts to add a fifth, moving Quayle into the new and much more competitive 9th District.   Read More
