The House and the Senate are back in Washington this week. The Senate returned on Monday and considered pending nominations. On Tuesday, the Senate considered S. Res. 64, the funding resolution for Senate committees. The House also returned on Monday and considered bills under suspension of the rules. On Wednesday and the balance of the week, the House is considering the Department of Defense, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act.
