CUNA Gathers 500 CUs, Small Biz Reps to Press For MBL Passage
More than 500 credit union and small business supporters, representing nearly every state, are blanketing Washington, D.C. to urge legislators to approve U.S. House and Senate bills that would increase the credit union member business lending (MBL) cap as part of a Credit Union National Association (CUNA)-organized National Hike the Hill.

The MBL advocates are meeting with their respective members of Congress and the focus of these visits is the bills that would increase credit unions' current 12.25%-of-assets MBL cap to 27.5% of assets, S. 2231 and H.R. 1418.  Read More
